Overview

GemKit is highly extensible. Extensions (also known as Skills) provide agents with specialized knowledge and tools. The GemKit Catalog is where you can discover and install these extensions.

Managing Extensions

`gk extension list`

List all installed extensions in your project.

gk extension list

`gemini extension install`

Install a new extension from a local path or a remote URL.

gemini extension install https://github.com/example/gemkit-skill-prisma

The GemKit Catalog

The Catalog is a curated collection of kits and extensions maintained by the community and the GemKit team.

`gk catalog agents`

List all available agents.

bash

gk catalog agents

`gk catalog skills`

List all available skills.

bash

gk catalog skills

This will scaffold the necessary files in .gemini/extensions/my-custom-skill/.
